Role Overview

The Intern – Embedded & IoT Systems will work on firmware development and IoT-enabled features for battery management systems. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-time systems, communication protocols, and hardware-software integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in firmware development for microcontrollers
• Support control logic, state machines, and safety features
• Work on ADC, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN interfacing

• Develop IoT features like data logging and remote monitoring
• Work with MQTT, HTTP, and CAN-based telemetry
• Integrate embedded systems with cloud platforms

• Perform firmware testing and debugging
• Assist in test case development and issue tracking
• Support hardware bring-up and troubleshooting

• Document code and test procedures
• Work with hardware and product teams

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or B.E. in relevant fields
• Basic knowledge of embedded C/C++
• Familiarity with STM32, ESP32, Arduino (preferred)

Role Overview

The Intern – Hardware Testing will support validation and testing of battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, and energy storage hardware in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in testing BMS, inverter systems, and power electronics
• Execute predefined validation test cases
• Perform functional, electrical, and environmental tests

• Set up test benches with power supplies, loads, and batteries
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data loggers
• Ensure safe handling of high-power systems

• Record and maintain test data logs
• Assist in analyzing results and identifying issues
• Support report generation

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware issues
• Document failures and inconsistencies

• Maintain test records and validation reports
• Support improvements in testing processes

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics
• Basic understanding of circuits and measurements
• Familiarity with lab instruments (preferred)
