RC Labs is now a proud recipient of the PolyU Tech Launchpad Fund
It’s a proud moment for RC Labs to be one of the 10 PolyU Tech Launchpad Fund (TLF) Awardees . We thank the Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office (KTEO), PolyU for recognizing the importance of our critical technology and backing us from 2020.
The PolyU Tech Launchpad Fund, which was established in 2014 with annual funding support of HK$8 million from the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) under the Technology Start-up Support Scheme for Universities, aims to accelerate the growth of early-stage technology start-ups founded by PolyU students, graduates, and professors by offering them a maximum matching fund of up to HK$1.5 million.
More than 30 applications were shortlisted for the academic year 2022-2023. Ten of the teams had been chosen to participate in the Investment Panel Meeting. The panel members were wowed by the early-stage technological start-ups that the ITC recently accepted for a matching award ranging from HK$0.5 million to HK$1.5 million.
